Fire Cider is a traditional herbal tonic that helps to increase the immune system, helps with digestion, and warms you up on a cold day. The ingredients vary from person to person and on taste preferences. My recipe is based on renowned “Godmother of American Herbalism” Rosemary Gladstar’s original recipe.
Suggested Use: Take a shot daily. Add to hot water for a warming drink. Mix with seltzer for a fiery, sweet mocktail.
Fire Cider is shelf-stable. When stored in a cool, dark area, it will keep for up to 24 months. Refrigerate to keep fresh for longer. May darken over time.
Ingredients: ginger, garlic, onion, horseradish, cayenne, turmeric, local wild apple cider vinegar, local honey
